The classes focus on age-appropriate gymnastics activities that develop coordination, balance, core strength, bilateral awareness, and flexibility. The classes have been developed by experts in childhood development, paediatric neurology, paediatric occupational therapy, gymnastics, education, and wellness for children.

The Sweet Peas programme offers classes for different age groups, including Wee Pea (6-12 months), One Pea (1 year olds), Two Pea (2 year olds), Three Pea (3 year olds), and Four Pea – Five Pea (4 and 5 year olds). The classes range from 30 minutes to 1 hour and are either parent participation or independent classes, depending on the age group.

For children in Prep – Year 12, Jets Gymnastics Grovedale offers the GymZone programme. This programme focuses on skill learning through creative activities on Bars, Beam, Vault, Floor, Trampoline, and Rings. It is suitable for all skill levels and aims to develop strength, coordination, and flexibility required to reach a high level of gymnastics. The GymZone programme follows a personal skill-tracking system that teaches positive goal setting.

The GymZone programme offers different classes for different grade levels. GymZone Mini (Prep & Grade 1) is a 1-hour class that introduces gymnastics and teaches basic shapes and skills. GymZone (Grade 2 & 3) is a 2-hour class that focuses on mastering basic gymnastics skills and accelerating progression. GymZone (Grade 6, 7 & 8) is a 2-hour class suitable for all skill levels and emphasises positive goal setting.

GymZone Plus is a 2 x 2-hour advanced class for students in Prep – Year 12. GymZone (Prep & Grade 1) is a 2-hour class that accelerates progression for all skill levels.
