Private classes are also available upon request. The pricing for private classes will be discussed and determined based on individual needs and requirements. It is recommended to bring a partner to private classes to make demonstration and practise easier, and the cost can be split between the participants if desired.

Our Jiu Jitsu for Adults and Teens class focuses on core components of Jiu Jitsu, providing students with a solid framework to expand into specialised styles. The class primarily focuses on techniques that are applicable to both the sportive and self-defence aspects of Jiu Jitsu. It is suitable for beginners looking to learn the basics and experienced students seeking to refine their technique and understanding.
We also offer Judo and Jiu Jitsu Open Mat sessions, allowing students from both disciplines to engage in free practise. Whether you want to spar, drill techniques, or work on concepts, this session provides a great opportunity to train with other students. Safety and the welfare of training partners are always prioritised during these sessions.
Jita Kyoei Martial Arts is located in the Niagara Park Stadium, conveniently situated on the Central Coast of New South Wales. We welcome individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and experience levels. Your first week of training with us is completely free, and we encourage you to come along and see what the fuss is about.
