Coombe Park is home to Oadby Owls Football Club, a grassroot football setup serving Oadby and the wider Leicester area. It runs an England Football accredited, safe and friendly environment for all ages and abilities, with teams from U7 through to U18 and senior and veterans sides. The popular Saturday morning academy takes children from around 4 or 5 up to year 5 for boys and year 6 for girls, with all abilities welcome.
