With Matt at the helm, each training plan is custom-built for you. He knows everyone is unique, and that’s why he takes the time to understand your long-term goals during an initial consultation. His plans are all about being fun, motivating, and doable, no matter your schedule.
JollyFit isn't just about solo workouts. Matt also runs small group training sessions, perfect if you prefer exercising with a mate or two. These relaxed sessions with 2, 3 or even 4 people are a great way to stay motivated together.
If you’re getting back into fitness after a break or injury, Matt’s got your back with his top-notch rehab services. He’s all about helping you progress safely at your own pace and can even collaborate with physios if needed.
For the water lovers, Matt’s 15+ years of swimming coaching experience means you're in expert hands, whether you’re a beginner gaining water confidence or prepping for a triathlon. He’ll be right there with you, in or out of the water.
Core stability is Matt’s jam! A strong core is key for everyday life and sports, and his sessions will help you build those essential muscles. Plus, JollyFit offers suspension training, a fantastic full-body workout you can do anywhere.
No matter what service you pick, Matt’s all about making things flexible and accessible. Sessions range from 30 to 60 minutes and can be done remotely if you can’t make it in person.
