The story behind the name JR's is deeply rooted in the local community. Six generations of the Rossi family have called Norfolk home, and JR's is named after John Rossi (JR) and his wife Betty. They initially opened North Walsham Indoor Bowls Club in 1978 as a way to diversify their farming business. Over the years, the facility expanded to include more bowling greens, squash and tennis courts, as well as ten-pin bowling and indoor play areas.
Today, JR's employs over 50 people, offering a wide range of activities and experiences for all ages.
