Running Training: If you have a running event or marathon that you want to conquer, I can provide you with a personalised training programme to help you achieve your running goals. I have extensive experience in running and have completed multiple half-marathons and full marathons.

Boxing: Boxing is a great way to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and agility. Whether you want to learn boxing techniques or use it as a form of high-intensity training, I can guide you through boxing sessions tailored to your fitness level.

Women's Pre and Postnatal Exercise: I have specialised training to safely and effectively guide women through exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. I understand the unique needs and concerns of women during this time and will provide modifications and support as needed.

Parkinson's and MS Clients: I have specific experience working with clients who have Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis. I understand the challenges they face and can provide exercises and support to help improve their quality of life and overall well-being.

In addition to these services, I also offer personalised health coaching, focusing on epigenetics to optimise your genetic expression for the best version of yourself. I believe in a holistic approach to wellness, considering not only physical fitness but also nutrition, sleep, and injury support.
