Jumpz Gymnastics Club

Year where all gymnasts come together to perform a group routine.

Jumpz Gymnastics Club started off small, with just 18 children in a school sports hall in April 2012. However, due to our dedication and passion for the sport, we have now grown and have our own premises at the historic Royal Ordnance Depot in Weedon.

Our primary focus is that every child matters, and we strive to help each child thrive on their gymnastics journey. Whether they attend once a week just for fun or wish to pursue a more competitive route, we offer opportunities at the local, national, and even international level. Regardless of the level, we aim to make the journey fun and support each and every young person.

At Jumpz Gymnastics Club, we offer a variety of disciplines, including vault, beam, bars, floor, acro, tumbling, artistic gymnastics, competition development, strength, and flexibility. With our experienced coaches, who have over 25 years of combined experience in both competition and recreational gymnastics, we ensure that all children receive quality training.

We have also updated our Award programme to make it easier for children to progress and gain certificates. Our sessions are designed to include at least two skills of each apparatus each week, which are then checked off on the gymnasts' charts. We also have monthly free-choice stations where children can focus on specific skills they need to improve.

Throughout the year, we organise several events to showcase our gymnasts' talents. Our main event is the end-of-year Presentation awards, held on the last weekend before schools break up for summer. This event allows each child to demonstrate their skills through a routine and a choreographed music routine. We also added a finale piece last year, where all gymnasts come together for a group routine.

For those interested in hosting parties, our venue is the Royal Ordnance Depot in Weedon Bec. The cost is 7 per session, and we offer both pay-as-you-go options for up to a month and monthly payments thereafter on a pro rata basis.
