The school is led by a team of highly dedicated and experienced instructors. The founders of Kaika Suru Karate Organisation are Kate Roberts, Kyla McDermit, Jess Fuller, and John Roberts. These instructors have a wealth of knowledge and experience in martial arts, personal training, and nutrition. Jess Fuller, who is also the director of the academy, is a second degree black belt in karate and kickboxing and is passionate about the links between nutrition, exercise, and martial arts.
John Roberts, a co-founder, has a 2nd degree black belt in Ashihara karate and has competed in various martial arts competitions.
