Welcome to Kapap Academy, a top martial arts school and sporting goods store located in Maddington, Australia. Serving the community for over 21 years, Kapap Academy offers high-quality, practical, and accessible training for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Unlike other martial arts training businesses, Kapap Academy places its emphasis on providing the best possible learning opportunities rather than focusing on profits. The academy is staffed entirely by dedicated volunteers who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and expertise.
With the largest range of martial arts styles available across Australia, Kapap Academy offers classes for kids, teens, adults, and women-only self-defence workshops. Each age group has dedicated classes to ensure personalised and effective training.
In addition to traditional martial arts classes, Kapap Academy also offers mixed martial arts programmes, specialised training for security, law enforcement, and defence personnel, as well as private one-on-one teaching sessions tailored to individual needs.
The academy is proud to be founded and owned by Sensei Paul Marston, a highly experienced martial artist with over 47 years of training in various disciplines. Sensei Paul specialises in practical combatives, edged weapons training, and self-defence for women, children, and the elderly.
