Karat Kyokushin is a unique style of karate founded by Master Masutatsu Oyama and has been practised by celebrities such as Dolph Lundgren, Michael Jai White, and Georges St-Pierre. Our classes focus on traditional techniques, forms, and sparring to help students develop discipline, strength, and focus.
Our Karate Power-Hour program is a karate-fitness program designed to help participants lose weight, increase physical strength, and improve endurance. It is a high-energy workout that will leave you feeling empowered and motivated.
In our Auto-Dfense program, students learn valuable self-defence techniques to protect themselves in potentially dangerous situations. Our instructors provide training on both the psychological and physical aspects of self-defence, ensuring that students are well-prepared to defend themselves if needed.
We offer classes at our dojo located at 3200 Boulevard du Souvenir, Laval, QC, H7V 1W9, as well as outdoor training sessions at Parc-cole Gerry-Dattilio when the weather permits. Additionally, we provide online group sessions and private one-on-one training for those who prefer to train from the comfort of their own home.
