During the global pandemic, the studio temporarily closed its doors, but is now back up and running with its signature 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in East Vancouver. This training program combines online learning with in-person classes at Green Room Yoga, providing a comprehensive and immersive experience for aspiring teachers. With a focus on simplicity, clarity, and healthy biomechanics, the training program prepares students to teach with confidence and skill.
In addition to teacher training, Karma Teachers offers a variety of in-person yoga classes, providing 16 classes for just $99. The studio also provides full and partial scholarships to aspiring teachers, ensuring that the path of yoga is open to everyone. Furthermore, Karma Teachers hosts special workshops and events, such as the upcoming Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Manouk Tideman.
The studio's philosophy is rooted in alignment-based hatha yoga, which focuses on integrated and effective poses that promote healing and strength.
