The weekly schedule includes Core Strengthening and Arm Balances on Mondays, Backbends and Hip Openings on Tuesdays, Power Yoga, Hatha Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra on Wednesdays, Therapeutic Yoga on Thursdays, and Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation on Fridays. Additionally, monthly sessions on cleansing techniques like Jala Neti, Vamana Dhauti, and Trataka are conducted to ensure a holistic approach to health.
