Kate has been deeply immersed in the art of yoga since her transformative journey to India in 1989. She has dedicated years to studying various styles of yoga, including rigorous Iyengar training, Sivananda Yoga, Kundalini, and contemporary teacher training studies. Additionally, she has delved into the philosophies of Kashmir Shiviasm through Siddha Yoga studies.

With her extensive knowledge and experience, Kate began teaching yoga in 1998 and made it her full-time occupation in 2000. She is also passionate about passing on her wisdom to future yoga instructors, offering Yoga Teacher Training courses since 2005.

At Kate Pell Yoga Studio, you can participate in group classes or book individual sessions to embark on your yoga journey or aid in injury recovery. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Kate welcomes all levels of practitioners.

The studio offers a variety of classes throughout the week. On Tuesdays, you can join the beginner class from 8:30 am to 9:30 am, followed by the movement and meditation class from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Thursdays offer a flow class for those seeking an active and aerobic session from 7:30 am to 8:30 am, and a general class for all levels from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.

In addition to regular classes, Kate hosts workshops, retreats, and teacher training programmes, deepening your understanding of yoga and self. These programmes aim to help you make yoga not just a practise but a lifestyle and profession.
