Additionally, all memberships include access to aerobic classes held twice a week, as well as the option for a basic training program to help you get started.
The gym is open to members ages 15 and above, with supervised access for those under 15 accompanied by an adult. Payment plans are available for one-year memberships, making it easier for members to commit to their fitness journey without breaking the bank.
