The centre has a lot to offer: an indoor pool for daily public swimming and dedicated times for lane swimming and aquafit classes, an exercise room with cardio and strength training equipment, and a gymnasium that hosts several sports and fitness classes. Drop-in sessions for basketball, volleyball, and badminton are also available.
Ted highlighted the seniors' wing, tailored specifically for older adults. It provides fitness classes, social gatherings, educational workshops, and volunteer opportunities, creating a warm environment for seniors to connect.
