The K Plan is a 6 week health and nutrition plan that gives you everything you need to get in shape and stay healthy, available on a 121 basis or as part of a group.

What training options are available?

You can choose 1 2 1 training (in person or online, 30 mins or 45 mins), small group training for up to 4 people, and online small group stretch classes.
