Situated in Faulder Watson Hall, our fully equipped studio features a variety of apparatus including Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and a range of props.

The Pilates system was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century and aims to strengthen the body uniformly by emphasising core stabilisation, postural alignment, and the integration of the mind and body. Our studio is conveniently located on Barker Street, adjacent to the Post Office. You'll find ample parking nearby, as well as a variety of shops and cafés to enjoy after your class. Faulder Watson Hall, where our studio is housed, also offers a unique historical experience. Built in 1894 by the Pioneers and Old Residents Association, the hall is adorned with photographs and drawings that showcase Castlemaine's golden history.
