Situated in Faulder Watson Hall, our fully equipped studio features a variety of apparatus including Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and a range of props.
At Keystone Pilates, we offer small classes both in person and online, allowing you to focus on improving your strength, flexibility, balance, and overall physical confidence. The Pilates system encompasses a wide range of exercises that can be modified to suit beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Our goal is to help you achieve specific goals, aid in injury recovery, and overcome any physical limitations you may have.
The Pilates system was developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century and aims to strengthen the body uniformly by emphasising core stabilisation, postural alignment, and the integration of the mind and body. Through our expert instruction and guidance, you will learn how to engage your muscles correctly and efficiently, leading to improved posture, increased flexibility, and enhanced overall wellness.
Our studio is conveniently located on Barker Street, adjacent to the Post Office. You'll find ample parking nearby, as well as a variety of shops and cafés to enjoy after your class. Faulder Watson Hall, where our studio is housed, also offers a unique historical experience. Built in 1894 by the Pioneers and Old Residents Association, the hall is adorned with photographs and drawings that showcase Castlemaine's golden history.
