Over her 14-year career, Laura has worked with athletes from various sports, ranging from amateur to professional levels. With a commitment to delivering first-class treatments, Laura aims to effectively prevent and rehabilitate injuries. She is a graduate member of BASRaT & the STO.
K-Fitness & Rehabilitation offers a range of services and packages to cater to individual needs. Personal Training options include 1-2-1 sessions at their private studio or in the comfort of one's own home. Free Personal Training consultations are available for individuals and duos. Sports Massage services are provided both at their private studio in Birchington and within a 5-mile radius of Birchington.
Injury Rehabilitation services, including initial assessments and follow-up treatments, are conducted at their private gym.
