Kids Martial Arts

Boost your child's confidence and focus at Black Cockatoo Martial Arts, the top Mixed Martial Arts club in Armidale. With our Kids Martial Arts Classes, your child will have a blast while developing important skills.

Our Martial Arts Programs combine elements of Strixe Defence and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, creating a unique system tailored specifically for kids. We prioritise teaching self-defence techniques and bully prevention strategies in a safe and controlled environment. Through strikes and kicks, children learn how to effectively defend themselves and control challenging situations without causing harm.

Our programs cater to different age groups. The Little Buddies Martial Arts Program is designed for children aged 5 to 7 years, focusing on skill development through play-based learning and interactive games. For older kids aged 8 to 12 years, our Black Cockatoo Buddies Martial Arts Program provides a fun and supportive environment to navigate the challenges of growing up.

By enrolling your child in our martial arts classes, they will not only learn various techniques but also gain the confidence and knowledge to handle difficult situations. Our classes promote coordination, focus, and overall physical fitness, preparing your child for any adversity they may face.
