About
Kilkenny Shotokan Karate Club in Kilkenny offers practical, applied karate aimed at self-protection and self-defence, not sport karate. Training links basics (Kihon), forms (Kata), sparring (Kumite), and self-defence (Goshin Jutsu) as connected parts of one approach. Suitable for people who want a more holistic martial arts experience built on Shotokan foundations, with some competition-style training included for variety.
