Kitesurf Spot - Waves is tied to the Canterbury Windsports Association (CWA), a Christchurch-based community for wind sports on the water. The club brings together windsurfers and kiters, including people interested in winging and foiling. It suits learners and youth participants, with a summer youth windsurf programme run with Naval Point Yacht Club at Lyttleton, plus learner windsurf and kitesurf gear available to help members get started.
