Welcome to Krav Maga Self Defence UK, the premier self-defence school and martial arts club in Barnstaple. Our mission is to empower individuals by teaching practical self-defence skills for real-world situations. Our instructor at Krav Maga Self Defence UK is a highly trained self-defence professional with a diverse background in boxing, wrestling, karate, and Aikido. We are dedicated to sharing our knowledge and expertise with our students. As a member of the Spartans Academy and Protect (Itay Gil), we receive bi-annual Krav Maga updates and testing to ensure that our students receive the best training available.

Whether you are a beginner looking for an introductory course or an experienced practitioner seeking advanced training, we have a programme for you.
