At Kuk Sool Won, we take pride in providing high-energy and enjoyable classes that incorporate the amazing spectrum of Korean martial arts. Each class begins with a warm-up through games, cardiovascular and muscle-building exercises to prepare the body for martial arts drills. These drills include kicking, punching, break falls, acrobatics, and more. As the class progresses, we delve into the more technical aspects of martial arts training.
Our dedicated instructors, SBN Alison and SBN Nigel Rogers, have been involved in Kuk Sool Won since 1990. They gained their first degree black belts in 1995 and have continued their training and progression ever since. In 2014, they achieved their second degree black belts, with their youngest son earning his black belt in 2015. We are proud of their commitment to their own training and the knowledge and skills they bring to their students.
