Welcome to Kung-Fu-Club, a martial arts school located in High Wycombe, NZ. As part of The South East Academy of Martial Arts, Kung-Fu-Club focuses on training in Lau Gar Kung Fu, while also incorporating aspects of Kickboxing in alignment with the academy's syllabus. Lau Gar Kung Fu is suitable for individuals of all ages and physical capabilities, as it emphasises the use of body mechanics and opponents' energy as a defensive system, while also enhancing overall fitness.

Kung Fu training aims to protect against opponents and disable them quickly with strikes. Additionally, there is a strong philosophical aspect to the art, as it often intertwines with Buddhist and Taoist principles. The school's training philosophy resonates with this philosophy, emphasising self-awareness, self-discipline, and self-improvement.

Kung-Fu-Club offers classes and lessons in High Wycombe, Marlow, and several other locations. Both instructors, Richard and Martin, have successfully passed the WAKO GB Instructors' Coaching Course, ensuring high-quality instruction. Membership with Kung-Fu-Club provides access to any class run by a South East Academy instructor at no added cost.

The pricing structure for Kung-Fu-Club includes a membership fee of 25, which grants access to training at 18 different clubs, six days a week. The monthly fee is 35 and covers the ongoing training. Grading fee amounts to 20 and includes a certificate and sash upon successful completion. Additionally, participants can purchase an additional Gi (training suit) for 40.

In addition to Kung Fu, Kung-Fu-Club offers Kickboxing and Sport Karate classes at various locations, catering to individuals of different age groups and abilities. Some of these clubs include London Lewis Sports Centre in Crystal Palace, Langley Community Centre in Slough, Thame Sports and Art Centre in Thame, Ottershaw Village Hall in Ottershaw, and Trinity Baptist Church in Chesham.
