Wollongong with KX Pilates. Each class is a 50-minute full-body workout, designed to challenge and empower every individual. With a maximum of 12–14 clients per class, you can expect personalised attention from our industry-leading Pilates trainers.

Located at G07A/35-39 Crown Street, Wollongong, NSW, 2500, our modern studio is equipped with top-of-the-line reformer beds. These machines feature a signature spring system that adds resistance, targeting muscle groups in a way that traditional workouts cannot match. Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, our trainers are there to guide you through each movement, ensuring you get the most out of your workout.
At KX Pilates, we offer three class levels to accommodate all fitness levels. You can progress at your own pace by utilising varied levels of resistance on our reformer beds. Our classes are designed to challenge and strengthen your body, helping you achieve your fitness goals.
