For those seeking an intense and physically demanding workout, Shihan Tockar's Advanced Adults class on Saturdays is a must-try. This class combines fitness, basics, stretching, complex Kyokushin techniques, footwork, kata, bagwork, and fighting, pushing participants to their limits.
