For those seeking more personalised attention and guidance, we offer one-on-one sessions and personalised Yoga Therapy consultations. These sessions allow our experienced and compassionate teachers to tailor the practise to suit individual needs, providing a holistic approach to healing and wellbeing.
We also host wellness workshops and events throughout the year, designed to deepen your understanding of yoga and holistic health. From Restorative Yoga & Meditation programmes to specialised workshops on mental wellbeing, we strive to create a supportive community and provide valuable resources for personal growth and self-care.
Our studio is located in the beautiful coastal town of Ocean Grove, offering a serene and tranquil setting for your yoga practise. We conduct classes both in-studio and online, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for our students.
To secure your spot in a class, we offer a Term Pass option, which guarantees your place on the mat each week. For those who prefer casual attendance, we also offer a 5-class pass that can be used based on availability.
