Lady Bay Ballet caters to adults of all ages, abilities, and experience levels in a friendly, encouraging setting. With no need for prior booking, all classes are drop-in sessions with pay-as-you-go payments. The school charges £7 for 60-minute classes and £10 for 90-minute classes, accepting cash payments.

Mrs Cave, the founder of Lady Bay Ballet, is a seasoned ballet teacher and choreographer. She began her professional training at the age of eleven at the Royal Ballet School and continued at Northern Ballet School and Central School of Ballet. With over twenty years of professional performance experience at prestigious venues such as The Royal Opera House, London Coliseum, Holland Park, and Royal Albert Hall, Mrs Cave brings extensive expertise to every class. She holds a Professional Dancers Teachers Diploma (RAD-PDTD) and is dedicated to delivering a fulfilling ballet experience for all participants.
