Missing. I wanted to create a system that combined the best aspects of these different styles into one comprehensive self-defence system. That is when Laws Institute of Self Defence was born. I have been teaching for over 18 years and my passion for self-defence and martial arts continues to grow.

I am dedicated to providing practical and effective self-defence training to all my students.

Our facility is fully equipped with training mats, punching bags, focus mitts, and other training equipment. Classes are held in a safe and friendly environment where students can learn and practice self-defence techniques with confidence. We offer classes for kids, teens, and adults, as well as private lessons for those who prefer one-on-one instruction.
