Recreational classes* Junior Leaders (Ages 5-7) and Senior Leaders (Ages 8-12) Our recreational classes are structured to cater for children of all ages and abilities. These classes focus on developing basic gymnastics skills, improving flexibility, strength, and coordination. Children can progress through the levels at their own pace and have the opportunity to participate in our annual club display.

Competitive Programme* Squad Leaders (By invitation only) Our competitive programme is for gymnasts who show talent, dedication, and commitment to the sport. Gymnasts in this programme train multiple times per week with the goal of competing at regional and national competitions. Our experienced coaches work with each gymnast to help them reach their full potential and achieve their competitive goals.
