Learning to Swim for Toddlers

Join Swimtime Stockport (Village Gym Cheadle) for an exciting swimming event catered specifically for toddlers aged 2–4 years old. Led by the experienced swim instructor, Polly, our SwimTots programme is designed to guide our little swimmers through four amazing stages over a two-year period.

During this programme, our main focus is to help the swimmers gain the skills needed for different strokes and breathing techniques in the water, ultimately enabling them to swim unassisted. Although parental support is required in the pool up to stage 2, this provides a wonderful opportunity for parents to bond with their children while building trust and confidence in their child's abilities in the water.

Did you know? Prawns, those small crustaceans with long thin bodies, are fascinating creatures! They spend most of their time on the seabed, enjoying their favourite foods which include leftovers from other fishes and food drifting in the water.
