The centrepiece of Lennox Aquatic Centre is its 6-lane, 25-metre indoor pool. With a comfortable depth of 1. 2 metres, the pool is perfect for swim training, aquatic therapy, and leisurely swims. The pool is heated to a pleasant 28 degrees, ensuring a comfortable swimming experience year-round.
For those in need of swimwear, goggles, fins, and other swimming accessories, the on-site Aqua Shop offers a comprehensive selection to meet your needs.
In addition to the swimming facilities, Lennox Aquatic Centre boasts a newly renovated, spacious air-conditioned gym. The gym features a separate free weights area complete with all the necessary equipment for muscle strength building.
