About
LG Dance offers ballroom, swing, and Latin dance classes for people in Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley. It is aimed at beginners who have never danced before, with a welcoming approach for anyone who feels awkward or has "two left feet." Sessions focus on cardio and strength, confidence building, and a low-impact workout that doubles as social fun, with options for couples and friends to attend events, dances, cruises, and weddings.
