Life Movement Pilates, located in Dianella, Perth, is a Pilates studio that offers a range of mat based group, private, and mobile Pilates sessions. With the belief that change happens through movement and movement heals, Life Movement Pilates aims to provide a space for individuals to achieve their best selves through mind, body, and spirit connexion.
The studio is led by Jan, a passionate Pilates instructor with a personal journey that led her to discover the transformative power of Pilates. After experiencing chronic pain for many years, Jan turned to Pilates and found relief and a strong, flexible body. Inspired by her own experience and witnessing Pilates transform others, Jan decided to share her passion and become an instructor to help others on their Pilates journey.
At Life Movement Pilates, clients can expect a variety of sessions. Some sessions follow the contemporary “Polestar” training, while others offer a different vibe. Regardless, clients can guarantee that they will have fun and be constantly challenged, leaving each session feeling centred and invigorated.
The studio offers both studio private lessons (1:1 – 1 hour) and mat-based sessions (1 hour). The private sessions are conducted at their home-studio in Dianella, providing a comfortable and personal environment for clients. All new clients must attend an Introduction to Pilates session, which includes a private 1. 5 hour assessment ($99).
During this session, clients will be assessed for strength and flexibility, introduced to the importance of breath, and explore various Pilates exercises.
For pricing, the studio offers studio private lessons at $85 per session and mat group classes at $138 for a 6-class block ($23 per class). Terms and conditions apply, and all new clients are required to fill out a new client form before class commencement.
