On and off the mat). The studio itself is beautiful and inviting, and the teachers are knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend Light Space Yoga to anyone looking for a nurturing and transformative yoga experience.
Sarah | Balwyn I have been practising yoga at Light Space Yoga for a few years now, and it has become an essential part of my self-care routine. The studio has a calming ambiance, and the classes are well-structured and challenging. The teachers are attentive and provide individualised guidance, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. I always leave the studio feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
At Light Space Yoga, we believe that yoga is for everybody and everybody. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, our classes are tailored to meet you where you are on your yoga journey. Our Vinyasa Flow and Slow Flow classes provide a dynamic and energising practise, while our Basics classes focus on building a strong foundation and aligning the body and breath. If you're looking for a more gentle and restorative practise, our Yin, and Meditation classes offer deep relaxation and inner exploration.
In addition to our regular yoga classes, we offer specialised classes for prenatal and postnatal women, as well as for children.
