Lisanne Watchell - Healthy Happy Whole is a wellness centre and yoga instructor based in Prince George, offering a range of services aimed at promoting holistic health and well-being. Lisanne is a Registered Yoga Therapist with over 550 hours of formal training, with certifications in Clinical Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Lymphatic Drainage, and various styles of yoga such as Hatha, Kundalini, Restorative, and Therapeutic Yoga.
Lisanne's approach to wellness is focused on creating a gentle, therapeutic space for individuals to heal, breathe, and move. She offers a range of services including Yin Yoga Sessions, Mobility Therapy, Meditation & Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Treatments. She is also trained in the Healthy Breast Program for Women, offering specialized support for women's health and well-being.
Originally from Northern BC, Lisanne has lived in various Canadian cities, allowing her to gain diverse experiences and certifications that she combines to offer unique and personalized services to her clients. She is constantly pursuing growth and learning, currently working towards completing her Holistic Nutrition Diploma to further enhance her offerings.
