Liz has a strong background in health care, with 10 years of experience as an Audiologist in the NHS. However, her passion for fitness and helping others become stronger and healthier led her to make the transition to becoming a Personal Trainer. She believes in the power of exercise to boost confidence and provide a sense of fulfilment, and she strives to give her clients access to those benefits as well.
Liz offers two comprehensive training packages. The Foundation Package includes one personal training session per week, lifestyle analysis, goal setting, nutrition advice, and a training plan. The Development Package builds on this, with two personal training sessions per week and all the components of the Foundation Package. Both packages also include full support via WhatsApp, email, or phone to ensure clients have the assistance they need beyond the training sessions.
In addition to her personal training services, Liz provides video tutorials on her YouTube channel to further assist clients in their fitness journey. She also shares updates and valuable information on her social media platforms, offering motivation and inspiration to her followers.
