The Lotus Loft studio is a fully equipped space that overlooks the stunning green gardens of Southernhay, filling it with an abundance of natural light. Whether you visit us in the summer or winter, our studio is well ventilated and provides a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Our facility features a spacious practise area, perfect for both individual practise and group classes. We also have a comfortable social area where you can relax and connect with other like-minded individuals. Our changing rooms are clean and convenient, ensuring that you have everything you need for a seamless experience. Additionally, we have a small shop where you can purchase yoga and pilates essentials.
At Lotus Loft, we offer a wide range of classes and workshops to cater to everyone's needs. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an advanced practitioner looking to deepen your practise, we have something for you. Our weekly classes provide a consistent practise, while our weekend workshops offer an opportunity to explore specific areas of interest. We also offer training courses for those seeking to become certified instructors or further their knowledge in these disciplines.
