At Lovett Muay Thai Gym, we understand that starting a new fitness journey can be intimidating, especially if you are completely new to martial arts or haven't exercised in a long time. That's why we have designed our 4-week beginner's programme to provide a fun and interesting introduction to Muay Thai while helping you achieve great results. Our programme focuses on not only fitness but also fostering a supportive and positive environment.
The beginner's programme includes three training sessions per week for four weeks, giving you the opportunity to learn and practise the fundamental techniques of Muay Thai. Additionally, participants will receive a free pair of boxing gloves valued at $55, ensuring you have the necessary equipment to kickstart your Muay Thai journey. Throughout the programme, you will have access to constant support from a Facebook group with other members of the programme, as well as ongoing support and accountability from your coaches.
Our gym offers a variety of classes to cater to different interests and fitness levels. In addition to Muay Thai classes for adults and kids, we also provide HIIT training sessions and yoga classes to help you enhance your overall fitness and wellbeing. Whether you are looking to improve your technique, build strength and endurance, or simply relieve stress, our diverse range of classes has something for everyone.
Located in Albany, our gym is easily accessible, and our schedule is designed to accommodate a busy lifestyle. We offer morning and afternoon classes throughout the week and even have classes running during the holiday season.
