About
Lucy Jasmine, a devoted yoga instructor based in Portsmouth, welcomes everyone to join her yoga community. With a passion for making yoga accessible, she aims to create a welcoming and supportive environment in her classes.
Lucy's yoga journey started in 1997, and since then, she's practised various styles, including pregnancy and Mum and baby yoga. In 2018, she completed her yoga teacher certification to share her knowledge and passion. She believes in the importance of slowing down and taking time to relax, finishing each class with a relaxing session for overall well-being.
Lucy's classes are friendly and inclusive, providing modifications to accommodate everyone's needs. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll find a place in her sessions. To stay connected and receive yoga news, tips, and offers, she encourages everyone to subscribe to her mailing list. Student feedback highlights her ability to make them feel at ease and the effective relaxation techniques she introduces.
In addition to group classes, Lucy offers personalised 1-2-1 sessions tailored to specific needs, such as relaxation, posture improvement, breath work, meditation, and flexibility. These sessions can be held at your home or a studio and are open to individuals or small groups.
For expectant mothers, Lucy conducts birth preparation 1-2-1 sessions. These classes incorporate breathing techniques, movements, and positions to aid in relaxation and the birthing process, either solo or with a birth partner.
New mothers can benefit from personalised 1-2-1 sessions focusing on post-birth recovery, gentle movement, and yoga practises to restore and relax. Babies can join these sessions, which may include movements and baby massage for a bonding experience.
Lucy's approach to yoga is a shared journey, guiding and supporting each individual to blossom in their own way. Whether attending her classes, workshops, or 1-2-1 sessions, she is here to support the transformative path of yoga.
