About
Emma, the organiser behind Luna Moona Yoga, wants to share a personal note with their beloved sports community. Luna Moona Yoga is a Yoga & Wellness studio located in Saddleworth, just outside Manchester, within the charming landscape of Oldham. Emma is committed to providing a space where everyone can connect, grow, and discover their inner selves.
The name Luna Moona was chosen to symbolise the powerful force of the moon, a figure of mysticism and energy in many cultures. Emma and her team believe in blending Yoga and holistic experiences with a bit of spirit, creating a unique space. The team, with its extensive experience in supporting mental health, social work, and general well-being, is well-prepared to help people become their best selves.
Luna Moona offers over 30 classes each week, alongside monthly workshops and unique experiences. The classes range from traditional Yoga to innovative ones like 'Sound Baths' and 'Yoga Raves'. No matter your level, whether a beginner or a seasoned yogi, everyone is welcome.
Located in the historical Gatehead Mill, the studio's spaces add character. Studio 1, bright and airy, hosts most yoga and aerial classes, featuring infrared remote heating panels for a warm or hot flow. Studio 2 offers a more intimate setting for smaller groups or workshops.
The studio also has a cosy kitchen where fresh juices and kombucha are available. For those looking to take a piece of the experience home, there’s a shop with boho gifts and hand-poured candles.
At Luna Moona, everyone is part of the tribe. The core team – Emma, Tasmin, Mel, and Poppy – brings passion and expertise to each class. The studio values supporting each other and celebrating individuality.
There are classes for all needs – from Beginners/Gentle Yoga, enhancing mobility and flexibility, to specialised classes for expectant mothers.
Emma is delighted to invite everyone to join Luna Moona Yoga, a place to embark on your wellness journey and discover inner peace.
