Lyons Den Gym (formerly known as First Choice Fitness LTD) is a gym located in Pontyclun, New Zealand. Situated in the Coedcae Lane Industrial Estate, Lyons Den Gym prides itself on providing high-quality training, top-of-the-line equipment, and exceptional service to all its members.

Spanning over 7200 square feet, Lyons Den Gym features four rooms designed to cater to the diverse requirements and preferences of individuals' training styles. Additionally, the gym has recently introduced a Sun Bed Room, allowing members to relax and recharge after their intense workouts.

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, Lyons Den Gym has implemented new safety rules to ensure the well-being and happiness of all members. These include wearing masks upon arrival and while walking through the gym, using provided cloths to clean down equipment, maintaining a 2-3 metre distance from others, following the designated one-way system, and easily accessible hand sanitiser.

With over 120 pieces of equipment, including Hammer Strength Machines, Life Fitness and Watson Cardio machines, and premium Ivanko Barbells and Plates, members can achieve the body they've always dreamed of.

The gym is owned by Brendan Lyons, who brings over 15 years of personal training experience along with his Level 4 qualification. George Harris, a Level 3 personal trainer specialising in fat loss and nutrition, has been an integral part of the gym since 2018.
