To kick things off, the class will begin with a warm-up and stretching sequence borrowed from their complimentary casual flexibility class, Flex Appeal. This will help prepare your body for the moves and poses you'll be learning on the Lyra.

Under the guidance of your talented instructor, you'll be introduced to beginner-level moves and poses on the Lyra. Step by step, you'll learn the foundations of this captivating art form and be guided through a beautiful routine.

Not only that, but your passionate instructor will also provide a demonstration of some inspiring high-level Lyra sequences, showcasing just how far you can progress on this captivating apparatus.
