M.Be.Fit Personal Trainer

M.Be.Fit provides face to face personal training in Oxted, Surrey, with sessions designed around cardio, weight training, HIIT and functional fitness. Michelle is a level 3 qualified and fully insured Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, with marathon and Hyrox racing experience. The service includes a free consultation (in person or online) to discuss goals and timing, plus 1 hour sessions and shorter 30 minute HIIT options that usually take place in the gym but can be flexible.
