Maddy Proud is the current captain of reigning Suncorp Super Netball Champions, the NSW Swifts.
Maddy made her professional netball debut at the age of 16, making her one of the youngest professional players of all time. She captained the Australian 21s team to a silver medal at the World Youth Netball Cup. Outside of netball, Maddy is a published author and is currently studying a Masters of Creative Writing.
A future icon of Australian netball and Australian sport, Maddy is passionate about sharing her talent with the next generation and ensuring everyone has the chance to be their best.
