Our classes are designed to be welcoming, uplifting, and nurturing, creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. We believe in the natural ebb and flow of life, and our classes are adapted to the seasonal energy through the application of Ayurvedic principles.

Our team at Mala Yoga is made up of regular people just like you, and we approach yoga and life with joy and a light-hearted attitude. We want you to feel comfortable and supported, regardless of your level of experience. Whether you can touch your toes or not, your practise with us is perfect just as it is.

Additionally, we offer a range of specialised classes and courses, such as beach yoga at South Beach and Ayurvedic yoga consultations, to enhance your yoga journey.

If you're looking to deepen your practise or even become a certified yoga teacher, Mala Yoga also offers a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme. Starting in April 2024, this training will provide you with the tools and techniques to enrich your own life while positively influencing others.

Apart from our classes and courses, we also have an online shop where you can explore and purchase essential oils to complement your yoga practise. These high-quality oils support your well-being and enhance the benefits of yoga.
