Speaking of the team, we've got Stacie Loutit, Carolyn Atkins, and Jo Beeston leading the way, each bringing their unique flair to the classes. And there’s more—recently, Manor Clinic added a brand new, purpose-built equipment studio. It’s one of the few places in Sevenoaks where you can get Reformer Pilates classes. These sessions are tailored to ensure everyone stays safe, from those dealing with injuries to athletes looking for a challenge.
