Hola, I'm Mariela Gonzalez and I love Zumba Fitness Programme. I'm from South America Chile, from a little town called Puren. I invite you to my classes, so that you can experience the flavour of Latin dance.
Zumba® class is an energetic, effective, Latin-inspired and calorie-burning dance aerobics based on an interval training fitness technique. It involves high intensity work alternated with periods of rest or low activity.
My classes are really friendly. Don't worry if you can't dance because you'll soon be able, just follow my lead. This is THE most fun way to get a great cardio workout. Come down, dance and sweat, make new friends and get really fit.
