Marion RSL and Marion RSL Bowling Club, located at 39-41 Norfolk Rd, Marion, SA, 5043, is an established community-focused organisation that has been serving the community since 1946. With a strong emphasis on supporting current serving service personnel, ex-service personnel, their families, and the wider community, Marion RSL is dedicated to providing compassionate care and service.

The core mission of Marion RSL has remained unchanged throughout the years, evolving to meet the needs of each generation of servicemen and women. As the largest Ex-Service Organisation in Australia, Marion RSL is part of a unified approach to address the lack of organised repatriation facilities and medical services for those returning from service in the Great War. The RSL's aim is to help veterans and their families by providing care, financial assistance, and advocacy.

Marion RSL Bowling Club is a small lawn bowls club with an active membership of both men and ladies. The club offers a wide range of matches, competitions, fun bowling days, and social events throughout the year. Whether you are an experienced bowler or new to the game, Marion RSL Bowling Club welcomes all members and even offers free personal coaching for those interested in taking up the game.

Marion RSL also extends its activities beyond the veterans' community, inviting non-service people who support the aims and objectives of the organisation to participate in a range of social activities. Membership options are available to cater to different preferences and interests.

The club's opening hours are as follows: Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00pm to 7:00pm, Friday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Saturday from 11:30am to 7:00pm (during Bowls Season, otherwise from 2:00pm to 7:00pm), and Sunday from 2:00pm onwards. The club is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, although there may be occasional earlier opening on these days during Bowls Season, which will be communicated to members through the Member News.
