Welcome to SKF Crawley Dojo – Family Martial Arts, Karate & Kickboxing! We're a local Mixed Martial Arts club located in Crawley, offering a range of activities and classes for all ages.
Whether you're a kid looking to learn Martial Arts, interested in self-defence classes, or wanting to join our Karate Kickboxing courses, we have something for everyone. Our classes are suitable for both girls and boys, men and women. From 3 years old to adults, everyone is welcome to join our club.
If you're new to our club, we invite you to attend our FREE trial process. For children aged 3 to 13 years, the trial is usually split into 3 parts. This allows us to introduce ourselves, review applications, and ultimately enrol students into classes.
For those looking to join our Adult Classes, aged 13 years and over, you will have your FREE trial alongside a Live Class. This gives you an opportunity to experience our classes firsthand and see if it's the right fit for you.
But that's not all! We also offer Fire Fitness sessions led by our experienced trainers. Whether you prefer 1-on-1 personal training, group training, padwork focused sessions, circuits, kettlebell workouts, TRX & strength and conditioning sessions, gym instructing/PT, or various classes, we've got you covered. Our fitness sessions are not only high-quality but also fun, designed to keep you motivated in reaching your health and fitness goals.
We're proud to announce our partnership with SKF Dojo, which allows us to bring an exciting fitness program to both our members and non-members alike. So, even if you're not yet a member of our club, you can still benefit from our fitness sessions.
Are you in need of some relaxation and stress management? Look no further! We have yoga sessions with Lauren Cashman, a fully qualified yoga instructor. Through in-person sessions and Zoom sessions, Lauren guides you through all progressions and modifications of poses, ensuring that you get the most out of each session. Yoga also offers incredible benefits to athletes, improving flexibility, mobility, focus, core strength, balance, endurance, and injury prevention.
With group sessions available throughout the week, as well as the option for 1-on-1 private sessions, we cater to all abilities and sports. So, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, our yoga sessions are open to all.
